The U BASE CONTACT CENTER 12 project is a space located on the top floor of the contact center, and organically integrates cultural elements such as Library, Gallery, Healing, Music, and Game, which are concepts for each floor, to express it as a single identity space called ‘UBASE CITY.

The entire space is composed based on white and neutral colors, and plants and point colors placed here and there add emotional vitality.

Considering work efficiency, emotional stability, and creative stimulation at the same time, it was designed so that users can experience a comfortable and immersive space during their stay, and various types of seats and meeting spaces were configured so that work and rest, concentration, and communication can be flexibly switched.
